Pedris Red 2014

A fresh and fruity wine, with aromas of cherry and red fruits. It is full-bodied with medium to high tannin and acidity, boasting a ruby colour.

 

Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Alfrocheiro

Analysis: Alcohol:12.9%, Acidity: 5.22g/l, pH: 3.87, Residual Sugars: 0.9g/L

Best stored:  Laid flat in a ventilated and dark area between 12-13 degrees Celsius and with a humidity of about 60%

Best served: Between 16-18 degrees Celsius. Goes well with red meats, charcuterie and strong cheeses
