Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Pinheiro, Alicante Bouchet

Analysis: Alcohol:%, Acidity: g/l, pH: , Residual Sugars: g/L

Best stored:  Laid flat in a ventilated and dark area between 12-13 degrees Celsius and with a humidity of about 60%

Best served: Between 16-18 degrees Celsius. Goes well with red meats, fatty fish, charcuterie and strong cheeses
