PEDRIS ROSE 2014

This rosé wine boasts the taste of Spring and orchard fruits, intense in both colour and aroma. Blended from the juice of the region’s grapes, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Jaen, this wine is a perfect match to a hot Summer afternoon.

 

Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen

Analysis: Alcohol:13.96%, Acidity: 5.18g/l, pH: 3.4, Residual Sugars: 1.0g/L

Best stored:  Laid flat in a ventilated and dark area between 12-13 degrees Celsius and with a humidity of about 60%

Best served: Between 8-13 degrees Celsius. Goes well with fresh salads, light plates and greasy fish.
